Collaborare con i referenti tecnici e commerciali aziendali nello sviluppo di nuove opportunita di business con clienti nuovi ed esistenti.Background: Laurea in Ingegneria, o Diploma Tecnico; 3/5 anni di qualificata esperienza professionale come Project/Program Manager o Team Leader/Coordinatore; Un background turbomacchinistico sar considerato requisito preferenziale ancorch non mandatorio; Conoscenza, o adeguata capacit di apprendimento, comprensione e applicazione delle standard procedures del Cliente; Buona padronanza della lingua inglese (almeno B2)Skills attese: Impegno, precisione, flessibilit, affidabilit; Eccellenti capacit di reporting e presentazione dei dati e degli andamenti del business; Forti capacit di analisi e problem solving; Forte predisposizione al lavoro di squadra; Forti capacit di comunicazione e relazionali; Disponibilit per viaggi di lavoro (di breve o lunga durata) Forti capacit di gestione di task multipli e consolidata abitudine ad operare in contesti contraddistinti da elevati ritmi operativi ed a rispettare deadlines stringenti
