In this role, you will help lead Disney's key social impact programs along with nonprofit partners, as well as storytelling through global, domestic and regional social impact campaigns.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead highlyvisible consumerfacing social impact marketing campaigns and additional wish granting initiatives through strategic development and crossfunctional collaboration with teams around the world as well as nonprofit partners.
  • Lead varioussized projects (from small to largescale) in support of our programs and storytelling our efforts and initiatives, using project management tools and methodologies: develop timelines, budgets, project tracking, and lead meetings with agendas and recaps.
  • Ownership of the social impact programs' brand identity and messaging including the development and updating of style guides, marketing toolkits, creative assets, and CSR Impact Site while engaging with creative teams and key partners.
  • Support storytelling efforts across Disneyowned marketing and communications channels to increase visibility of Disney's support of wish granting.
  • Lead routing, reviews, and approvals of content with various individuals at all levels of the enterprise.
  • Lead asset clearance coordination, materials release forms, and organization and maintenance of program's photo and video assets in Digital Asset management tool system.
  • Support annual CSR reporting through data collection and validation in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned to help support Disney's efforts in delivering happiness when it's needed most

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, social impact or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5 or more years' experience in marketing, communications, agency, and/or nonprofit management
  • Strong project management skills with validated experience leading multiple complex projects concurrently with various collaborators
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • A collaborator with experience working in a crossfunctional, highlymatrixed environment
  • A creative and solutionsoriented problem solver and selfstarter, with a passion for social responsibility and a steadfast optimism that anything is possible

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in project management tools and experience in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in client or account management with a serviceoriented mentality
