    Eureka Multifamily Group is looking for independent contractors who are dependable, flexible, and go-getting workers The independent contractor's responsibilities include completing assigned tasks with minimal supervision. You should also complete and file your tax returns in a timely manner. To ensure success as an independent contractor, you should possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ultimately, an outstanding Independent Contractor will produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to,

    • Assessing project or assignment details
    • Adhering to individualized budgets and requirements
    • Communicating updates and issues that arise with supervisors, managers, or other team members
    • Meeting company deadlines
    • Tracking and recording progress and presenting regular updates to supervisors and clients
