  • Experience supporting desktops and assisting customers at an enterprise level
  • Experience with query tools such as PowerShell, WMI Query, SQL query or Kusto query
  • Experience using endpoint management technologies to manage and deploy patches for an organization

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities

  • 1. Develop, implement, and configure technological solutions 2. Assist in administering, monitoring, and maintaining one or more IT systems 3. Provide support in response to issues to resolve specific technical problems or make changes to systems 4. Prepare and maintain documentation related to the development and maintenance of systems 5. Perform bug tracking and quality assurance tasks 6. Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing 7. Develop and/or deliver training 8.
