    Job DescriptionScion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Office Manager for our client, our wonderful nonprofit climate justice organization in San Francisco, California

    What youâ?TMll be doing:
    -Work closely with the Executive Director to manage day-to-day operations of the organization, managing deadlines on important projects, external communications, calendar management, travel planning, and technology use
    -Provide staff a strong day-to-day support regarding all matters of office operations and be available to support staff as needed
    -Help administer the performance management process that measures and evaluates staff progress against goals for the organization
    -Help set and track our organizational performance metrics, ensure data integrity, and manage our IT infrastructure to support the growth of the organization
    -Support annual audit, all legal filings, and year-end 501c3 reporting
    -Support the Finance and Solar Operations teams with compliance reporting
    -Manage communications with the Board of Directors and note-taking during meetings
    -Assist human resource needs such as ensuring timely reviews, competitive benefits, and organizational development by the organizationâ?TMs goals and budget
    -Support the organizations commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in all aspects of the organization

    What you need to be successful:
    - 2+ years of related work experience
    - Nonprofit organization experience is a plus
