    Are you an ambitious individual looking to start your career in sales? MODintelechy is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our sales team and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base.

    MODintelechy is a full-service, data-driven marketing agency, integrating creative, digital, and data solutions to help B2B enterprises get the most out of their sales and marketing operations. We think strategically, work creatively, and are informed by data to bring ideas into being.

    As a Business Development Representative, you will implement strategic outbound sales processes, utilizing cold emails, video presentations, cold calling, and social selling to set meetings with prospects. Once the first meeting is set, you will include one of our sales closers to lead a prospect through our sales process.

    We want you to join the team full-time as a Business Development Manager or sales closer. You will shadow our sales closers during most calls with prospects you set. In 12 months, we want you to have learned much from our team and gained enough experience to run end-to-end sales cycles with prospects yourself

    Our company is located in Austin, TX, but this role may be remote.

    Responsibilities

    • Prospect, qualify, and connect with quality prospects through various outreach methods.
    • Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for the sales team.
    • Conduct daily cold calls, cold emails, and high-level discovery calls with prospects.
    • Maintain and organize business data within our CRM (HubSpot).
    • Develop creative strategies to target decision-makers and book sales appointments.
    • Utilize HubSpot CRM to track key success metrics, including meetings booked and outbound sales activity.
    • Coordinate digital sales cadences, emphasizing outbound lead generation and email marketing.
    • Provide oversight of HubSpot CRM, including daily tasks, tracking, end-user support, and system monetization.

    Requirements

    • An eagerness to get your sales career started
    • A willingness to fail, learn, and take constructive feedback and direction
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
    • 1-3 Years of Sales Experience

    Up to 20 hours per week

    Compensation

    $50-$75/hour depending on experience + bonus based on closed deal size
