Main Purpose

As a BDR, you will play a key part in expanding the reach of our mission to help people get jobs amongst our enterprise and mid-market clients.

This role will generate leads and create sales opportunities for our Enterprise Sales Team.

The BDR will also play a vital role in the rollout of post-sale national enterprise clients by engaging with site-level contacts to implement our solution.

Responsibilities & Duties

Work closely with the B2B Marketing team to execute on campaigns and provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns.
Work closely with Sales and other members of the BDR Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes.
Work closely with Sales to identify areas of improvement for the BDR Teams
Work in collaboration with Content, Marketing Program Managers, and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline
Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment

Requirements:

Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
Have experience in mapping accounts to ensure a correct account strategy
Strong leadership skills and ability to coach and develop a team
Have experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and an analytical mindset
Previous experience of managing individual contributors
Strong ability to partner with teams across multiple functions of the business, including marketing, enterprise sales, implementation, and account management
Have a natural ability to persistently motivate yourself and others by leading from the front
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Highlevel of technical acumen and proficiency to learn and utilize new software and technologies quickly to continuously evolve and improve our techdriven advantage
Highlevel of analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong drive to investigate, analyze, and resolve simple and complex problems
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet conflicting deadlines with mínimal direct supervision
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace software suite
Highly proficient with utilizing several tools to enable realtime collaboration with a globally distributed workforce, such as Miro, Monday, Salesforce, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, etc

- $54,000 to $80,000 base
