    • Real Estate Services Workplace Portfolio Leader at Deloitte in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description About the Real Estate Services The Deloitte Real Estate Services team is within the Finance and Administration organization and is responsible for developing and executing the firm's real estate strategy.
    The Real Estate team serves in an internal capacity to deliver strategic real estate, facility management, and workplace solutions with quality and value, which foster collaboration, and support innovation while delivering on well-being and sustainability goals. The Real Estate team supports a portfolio of more than 160 workplaces in six countries.

    Work you will do The Real Estate Services Workplace Portfolio Leader (WPL) is responsible for partnering with the office and business leaders of our 10 largest commercial offices to lead and deliver complex workplace design and construction projects which are aligned with the firm's overall real estate and workplace experience strategy.

    The role has significant fiscal responsibility as well as strict schedules driven by upcoming lease end dates and shifts in business strategies.

    The second area of responsibility of the role is to serve as a trusted business advisor to leaders who are responsible for innovation and specialty spaces - such as Greenhouse, Deloitte Digital, Smart Factory.

    The WPL role serves as a leader of the large cross disciplinary team required to deliver projects - teams include Transactions, Workplace Experience and Design, Program Management, Office Experience, Technology, and Security, plus outside partners such as architects and project managers.


    Key Responsibilities:
    + Participating on the Real Estate Services leadership team to define real estate strategy and ensure alignment with overall firm strategy. Contributing to the development of the Real Estate processes, best practices, and lessons learned. + Working closely with office managing partners and business leaders to understand their specific needs, translating, and communicating those needs to the real estate team to ensure the design/build/project meets the needs of the practice while still adhering to overall real estate strategy.
