    Your performance areas:

    The Supply Chain Development and Optimization position is responsible for developing tools and reports to perform extensive research on a range of inventory-related functions such as order fulfillment, inventory levels, shipping times, and freight costs to identify and recommend opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Create and maintain various reports to support strategic supply chain analysis.
    • Utilize ERP system along with supply chain software to develop various dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
    • Maintain all supply chain reports to ensure data accuracy.
    • Work with regional sales teams and planning department regarding supply and demand forecasting to ensure a consistent supply of material to meet customer demands.
    • Work with regional logistics coordinators to ensure adherence to order management process.
    • Review logistic performance with customers against targets, benchmarks and service agreements.
    • Research issues and respond with solutions regarding deliveries/sales orders from customers.
    • Process sales orders, e-tickets, deliveries, invoices, and credit memos as needed in support of other Team member in a high volume and high paced environment.
    Your profile:
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Supply Chain Management and four (4) years of experience as Supply Chain Specialist or Supply Chain Engineer.
    • The four (4) years of experience as Supply Chain Specialist or Supply Chain Engineer must have included the performance of inventory and/or supply chain functions, including order fulfillment, inventory or stock level management, shipping controls, and freight cost analysis to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and related reporting. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, the employer will accept a Master's degree in one of the above-named fields. May telecommute from home up to two days per week.
