We are currently seeking a Backoffice Purchasing Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

YOUR FUTURE EQUIPMENT

  • Communication with suppliers
  • Support of the purchasing team in the development of analyses, decisions, contracts, purchasing statistics, and key figures
  • Checking and recording of orders
  • Control of delivery and order confirmations, as well as invoices and contribution margins
  • Inventory management and ensuring product availability, including conducting the ordering process
  • Support in planning, implementing, and evaluating marketing measures with suppliers
  • Price and master data maintenance

YOUR PREVIOUS CHARACTERISTICS

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in purchasing or related areas,
