Define and execute our Conversational AI solutions' product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to drive the development and launch of new products and features.
Develop and maintain deep domain expertise in Conversational AI and the financial services industry, staying up-to-date on relevant trends and technologies.
Lead customer discovery efforts, gathering and synthesizing feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.Manage and mentor a team of product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-driven decision-making.
Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners, industry influencers, and customers to stay ahead of market needs.
What You Will Bring
10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Conversational AI, natural language processing (NLP), or related fields.
Proven experience in building and scaling AI-powered products from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10, preferably within the financial services industry.
Strong technical background, with the ability to understand complex AI technologies and effectively communicate with engineering teams.Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Solid understanding of the financial services industry, its unique challenges, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively.
A passion for Conversational AI and a commitment to improving customer experiences in the financial services industry.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Compensation
Compensation is expected to be between $180,000 - $200,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
