    Responsibilities

    We are in search of a Project Architect with 5-8 years of experience in Higher Education, Commercial Multi-Use, and/or Science & Technology sectors. The ideal candidate should excel in effective communication with various professionals and adapt well to a dynamic work environment. Key responsibilities include:
    • Forecasting and organizing project design development and production delivery;
    • Identifying and addressing design-related issues effectively;
    • Managing construction administrative processes;
    • Collaborating with clients, owners, and contractors on projects;
    • Providing on-site project assistance.
    Qualifications
    • Degree in Architecture from an accredited university;
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant project sectors;
    • Experience in data center or mission critical projects is a plus;
    • Architecture license is preferred;
    • Proficiency in REVIT;
    • Ability to create construction project documents and manage administrative processes;
    • Experience with building permits, code review, and approvals;
    • Strong multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.
    Base Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000

    (Compensation may vary based on education, experience, skills, and location)
