    Description

    BitFire is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to join our Massachusetts based team. We are searching for a dynamic and energetic candidate to help drive technical sales activities, including but not limited to new customer acquisition, managing existing client relationships, and liaising technical needs of clients to BitFire's internal teams.

    You must develop a technical understanding of BitFire's products and services as well as the broadcast transmission industry at large. You will work closely with Technical Operations and Sales to ensure proper execution of your clients' technical needs.

    Responsibilities
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for technical and operational matters
    • Live demonstrations of BitFire's products and services
    • Creating and revising proposals
    • Negotiating and closing new business opportunities
    • Working with internal teams on outreach campaigns
    • Assisting in generating collateral for Marketing efforts
    • Become expert in BitFire Media Platform
    Skills and Qualifications
    • Experience selling software / technology platform services. A plus if this experience has been to broadcasters, publishers and other content or media companies
    • Results and revenue focused
    • Driven to building and managing sales pipelines for BitFire
    • Experience in a Business-to-Business environment in technical sales role
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Self-starter and ability to self-manage towards goals
