    $130,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

    Covelo Direct has partnered with a hospital in the San Francisco Bay area who is looking to directly hire a Director of Business Development for their facility. This person will be responsible for the implementation, support, and execution of sales and marketing initiatives to achieve and support objectives for their assigned market.

    Day-to-day duties included for the Business Development Director include:

    • Oversee a team of 2-7 Clinical Liaisons
    • Align market strategies within a certain territory with regional goals
    • Use market intel, data, metrics, reports and tools to create an effective market strategy to meet the goals of the hospital
    • Collaborates daily with Managed Care, Admission, and Insurance Authorization Teams to coordinate appropriate referrals and admissions

    With this position, you can expect:

    • Competitive salary up to $140,000 annually

    Basic qualifications are:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or other related
    • 5 years of healthcare sales experience
    • Valid drivers license

    *This pay range represents Covelo Direct's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation offered will be dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
