- Oversee a team of 2-7 Clinical Liaisons
- Align market strategies within a certain territory with regional goals
- Use market intel, data, metrics, reports and tools to create an effective market strategy to meet the goals of the hospital
- Collaborates daily with Managed Care, Admission, and Insurance Authorization Teams to coordinate appropriate referrals and admissions
