    Description

    Actively seeking a Rates & Pricing Analyst for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position. The position requires a candidate who has at least 5+ years of experience in billing or Financial Analysis within a Law Firm, and is looking to either transition into or continue to build in the areas of Law Firm Revenue and Finance.

    -

    HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

    SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID (3 Days in Office, 2 Days at Home) | Manhattan, NY

    PAY: $80 - $100K + Discretionary Bonus (Commensurate w/Experience)

    IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
    • 5+ years' experience in a law firm revenue/finance department or comparable industry
    • Proficiency in Billing Software Elite 3E or Aderant; as well as eBillingHub; Intapp Open
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); with Ability to learn new software
    • Strong Organization and Communication skills; as well as analytical, modeling, and forecasting skills to address ad-hoc projects, and client and partner inquiries

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Liaise with Billing Partners and Revenue Team/Pricing Team, Revenue Manager, and CFO to obtain information regarding client negotiated billing arrangements.
    • Prepare, maintain, and audit rate sets in accounting system
    • Create and maintain rate cards in the revenue folder based on client negotiations.
    • Document and update billing protocols as needed.
    • Ensure firm compliance with client negotiated billing arrangements
    • Other responsibilities within the billing/collection function may be assigned from time-to-time.
