    Our Corporate Tax group serves a leading multi-billion dollar financial services company, providing strategic tax compliance and advisory services.

    Analyst, Transfer Pricing

    Your Impact:

    • Demonstrating effective time and project management skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet competing deadlines.
    • Demonstrating ability to understand and analyze large volume of financial data as well as intercompany agreements.
    • Demonstrating strong communication skills in both writing and speaking
    • Demonstrating an appropriate level of attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Being resourceful and find ways to be more efficient.
    • Being flexible to work in excess of standard hours, when necessary, for example, conference calls with advisors in different time zones
    • Being available for potential travel opportunities when necessary
    • Being proactive and suggest viable solutions when applicable.
    • Working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to transition between various responsibilities.
    • Working closely with team members as well as be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    Overall, the Transfer Pricing Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day aspects on transfer pricing matters. The key responsibilities this role are:
    • Developing, preparing, and maintaining transfer pricing documentation:
    • Master File and Local Files (30%)
    • Country by Country reporting and notifications (30%)
    • Developing, preparing, and maintaining transfer pricing models (20%)
    • Assisting in audit defense (20%)
    • Staying current on transfer pricing regulations and understanding the impact of any new requirements
    • Communicating with the client, outside advisors and various teams within Geller
    • Coordinating and participating in meetings/conference calls
    What you'll offer:
    • 2 - 4 years of transfer pricing experience at a Big 4 or in a private industry
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting
    • Intermediate/Advanced skills in MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Outlook
    We'd love to see:
    • Master's, Law Degree or CPA
    • Foreign tax experience
    • Advanced Pricing Agreement and/or Mutual Agreement Procedure experience

    The base salary range for this position is:

    $99,000 - $121,000

    Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
