    The Tax Manager will be responsible for the Company's income tax compliance for the US and the consolidated accounting for income taxes.

    You will support the Global Tax Department by preparing supporting schedules for tax calculations, provisions, transfer pricing, ETR forecasts and tax audit requirements.

    This role will require a highly motivated tax professional with strong technical and interpersonal skills who wishes to pursue a career in a growing and dynamic global organization.

    Day-to-day management of the US tax compliance processes for income tax.
    Prepare a quarterly and annual tax provision.
    Prepare quarterly and annual income estimated tax payments.
    Research technical issues related to US federal income tax and state & local tax, and prepare supporting memos.
    Manage US federal and state income tax audits along with information requests, proposed adjustments, and resolution of issues.

    Serve as a liaison with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, the business and other internal partners to ensure appropriate management of tax reporting and risk.

    Assist on special projects and provide tax advice as needed.
    Respond to requests from taxing authorities, external auditors and other corporate departments in a timely and effective manner.

    Bachelors' degree
    ~5+ years' tax compliance experience
    ~ Demonstrated ability to quickly understand and explain complex tax technical issues
    ~ Ability to work a hybrid schedule from an office in NYC or Norwalk, CT

    Big 4 tax experience
    In-house experience with a US multinational in the finance/technology sector
    Global experience with tax policy, research, modeling, and strategic tax planning that minimizes the company's tax risks
