Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Temporary Receptionist to join our team for a duration of three months.
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Temporary Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and conference rooms.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Provide administrative support to financial advisors and other staff members as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and sensitive company documents.
Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Knowledge of basic office equipment such as multi-line phone systems and fax machines.
Familiarity with financial services industry terminology is a plus.
