Responsibilities and duties
- Answer, screen, and transfer all incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Take and relay messages
- Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception
- Conference room scheduling, setup, and cleanup
- Excellent customer service required
- Professional and courteous with a positive cando attitude
Qualifications and skills
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Undergraduate degree, High School, or GED preferred but not required
- 12 years of office experience preferred, willing to provide inoffice training
- Strong interest in helping others
- Microsoft Word and Excel: Intermediate/Advanced proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and customer service
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
