    Description

    Sterling Technology Solutions was founded in 2003 to handle IT services for small to medium-sized businesses in North and South Carolina, mainly in the Charlotte metro area. We are an MSP (Managed Services Provider) looking to hire a full-time Office Administrator to assist with administrative tasks.

    Office Administrator duties and responsibilities:

    • Make daily check deposits & sort mail.
    • Work with bookkeeping vendor to ensure accurate books.
    • Manage incoming bills.
    • Process & manage payroll.
    • Coordinate company events and meetings.
    • Prepare communications like memos, emails, and reports.
    • Create and maintain filing systems.
    • Track office supplies and place orders when needed.
    • Plan and implement administrative procedures to streamline processes.
    • Manage HR tasks and company benefits.
    • Assist CEO with various tasks.

    Office Administrator skills and qualifications:

    • Decision-making: Must make independent decisions daily.
    • Communications and collaboration: Regular collaboration with team members and clients.
    • Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Computer & software skills: Proficiency in using computers and software.
    • Writing: Proficiency in spelling, punctuation, and diverse writing styles.
    • Experience: Previous experience in office administration.
