- Act as the office superhero, overseeing day-to-day operations efficiently, from handling calls to organizing schedules.
- Provide clerical support to office staff and executives.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and travel arrangements, as well as manage office-related events and appointments.
- Generate reports, presentations, and data, and maintain files, records, and correspondence.
- Answer calls professionally, take messages, and direct calls appropriately.
- Assist in preparing various materials and handling outgoing mail and packages.
