    Job and Company Overview

    We are a Managed Service Provider based in Charlotte, NC, catering to the Charlotte metro area and beyond. We are on the lookout for a seasoned office administrator who can handle onsite and remote support for businesses of all sizes across various industries, managing a variety of software and hardware solutions.

    If you are a meticulous individual who excels in a dynamic setting and loves ensuring everything runs seamlessly, we are interested in having you join us as an Office Administrator. We prioritize client success and strive to support their operations effectively.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    While this list is not exhaustive, it gives a general idea of what this role entails and will evolve as our Managed Service Provider business grows:

    • Act as the office superhero, overseeing day-to-day operations efficiently, from handling calls to organizing schedules.
    • Provide clerical support to office staff and executives.
    • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and travel arrangements, as well as manage office-related events and appointments.
    • Generate reports, presentations, and data, and maintain files, records, and correspondence.
    • Answer calls professionally, take messages, and direct calls appropriately.
    • Assist in preparing various materials and handling outgoing mail and packages.
    • Monitor office supplies and equipment, arranging repairs/restocking as needed.
    • Support internal office procedures such as benefits enrollment, vehicle scheduling, and more.
    • Handle purchasing, receiving, and minor accounting tasks.
    • Run errands and perform miscellaneous office duties as required.

    Qualifications, Attributes, and Skills

    The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications, attributes, and skills:

    • Demonstrated experience as an office administrator or in a similar role, showcasing your all-encompassing support capabilities.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as you will be the linchpin of our operations.
    • Strong organizational and leadership qualities, akin to being the office's guiding hand.
    • People-centric mindset, adept at collaborating with both clients and colleagues on various projects.
    • Familiarity with office management practices and basic accounting principles.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
    • Dependable and punctual, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
    • Valid driver's license and good driving record are necessary.
