    Job Responsibilities:


    • Is tech-savvy, resourceful, able to multitask, and has strong people skills


    • Will learn and master Canopy MLS/Matrix competency – ability to add/edit listings


    • Is proficient in Microsoft Suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Windows


    • Is proficient with Google Suite including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendars


    • Has data entry experience. Experience with back office software is a plus, specifically DotLoop and Profit Power software.


    • Able to handle front office duties and telephones


    • Able to lift up to 50lb. and climb a step ladder
    • Has 1+ years of real estate experience (a plus) Office and Office Manager (BIC) Support:


    • Help to plan office events w/ BIC, order catering, set up food, paper items, tear down setup and clean up after


    • Attend office and company gatherings including socials, award ceremony, etc.


    • Compose email communications with staff and agents and maintain office calendar for reserving shared meeting spaces


    • Track agent birthdays and acknowledge via emails or cards


    • Provide general office support on a day-to-day basis including keeping common areas clean and organized, vendor interfacing for service and repairs, and resolving agent requests.


    • Track and maintain office supplies - printer toner, agent consumables, coffee, etc. Sales and Agent Support:


    • Review all transaction files for completeness and accuracy of all necessary docs for transactions


    • Review listings, price changes, extensions, expired.
    • Review and process contracts and closings in the accounting system


    • Process checks and maintain secure banking principles


    • Liaison to Accounting and ITT for agent requests such as a review of account details, computer queries, and special requests.


    • Track required documents, fees and agent performance, dues and license renewals


    • Run Profit Power reporting to provide income/tax information


    • Onboard new agents including assisting with state board affiliation, Canopy setup, DotLoop initial training, supply ordering, filling out paperwork


    • Process termination for agents leaving the firm


    • Assist other staff/branches when needed
