    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team in the role of Business Strategy and Sales Specialist.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Business Strategy Development:

    • Devise and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and enhance market presence.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify strategic business opportunities.

    Sales Execution:

    • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closure, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients, leveraging security expertise to understand and address their unique needs.

    Networking and Relationship Building:

    • Actively participate in networking events, industry conferences, and professional associations to expand our business network.
    • Attend lunches, meetings, and social events to build and strengthen relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.

    Sales Tools Creation:

    • Develop effective sales tools, presentations, and collateral to enhance the sales process.
    • Work closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

    Industry Expertise:

    • Leverage existing security connections and continually build a network within the security industry.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies to position our solutions as cuttingedge and unparalleled.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in business strategy development and sales, preferably in the security industry
    (Guard Services, Mobile Patrol Services and Camera Monitoring)

    • Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Demonstrated ability to create impactful sales tools and collateral.
    • Cleancut, mature, and professional appearance.
