    • We are growing and expanding our team of domain c onsultants within our Life Sciences practice and have a number of customers and projects across the region . It is an exciting time to join the Life Sciences Global Domain & Consulting team at Wipro. We are looking for m otivated, management consultants who can work in partnership with our customers in Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industry to solve their challenges and deliver solutions to impact positive outcome.
    Clinical Consultant (CC): Clinical Consultant will support departmental team members (client onsite) with system application knowledge. The CC leads the workflow analysis, assists with testing efforts.

    # Serves in a consultative role with the customer throughout solution delivery & implementation to provide a smooth, effective, and successful implementation.

    # S upports clinical consulting services.

    # Configures or manages the configuration of Client PACS solution to accommodate Application and/or operational workflow in the customer's environment.

    # Conducts workflow analysis and consults on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solutions.

    # Guides the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Client PACS solution.

    # Analyzes the customer's existing workflow and facilitates proper change management in the clinical or operational environment, ensures proper testing of the system and establishes a comprehensive training plan to provide for a smooth transition of the solution to the customer.

    # Collaborates with the project team to plan and execute the customers transition to first clinical use supporting all aspects of the clinical go live.

    # Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence and/or licensure.

    # Identify application issues, investigate, and resolve issues or identify potential defects, document, and submit those according to standard process.

    # Coaching and consulting with customer stakeholders to adopt change.

    # Training customer users of the PACS solution

    # Support first productive use or go-live transitions.

    Solid understanding of industry standards for ethics and compliance risk within the Life Sciences industry.
    ~ Must have strong relationship building skills, must be a team player and have cross-constituency facilitation skills.
    ~ Working knowledge of technology solutions such as MS Office, Tableau, Qlikview and/or Splunk a strong plus.
    ~ E ducation – b achelor ' s degree in business or a related field is strongly preferred.
