Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Inject creative and innovative thinking to best craft and deliver messages about the institution's brand value into the right medium for various audience groups (high school students, transfers, military, careerchangers).
- Work closely with internal/external marketing channel managers to develop strategies that enhance the institution's brand image. Identify new and emerging channels, media, and partnerships to expand the reach to our various target segments.
- Consistently write web, digital, and marketing copy. Shoot, edit & deliver stills, digital video, & digital media, that can advance the brand voice and story.
- Identify and build strategic relationships, partnerships, and support systems to strengthen the Academy's brand and image.
- Work with senior marketing leadership to present brand insights to refine and improve the overall brand strategy and roadmap.
- Measure the impact of earned media and branding campaigns/initiatives on increasing the brand equity (awareness, experience, and reputation) of the institution and overall enrollment conversion rate.
- Devise and test new branded campaigns focused on increasing awareness of degree and nondegree options.
- Identify and build strategic relationships (alumni, influencers, journalists, and media outlets), partnerships (industry and community leaders), and support systems to strengthen the Academy's brand and image.
- Actively plan and execute all aspects of marketing activities including: Channel Marketing, Brand Marketing, Drive new student enrollment, Develop strategy, campaign execution, optimization, and reporting of all digital and traditional TV ads campaigns, Create timely and highquality production of campaigns, and Create graphic art images for social media and other marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Deep love of art and artists understand studio culture and arts education.
- Bachelors' degree in related field preferred
- Proficiency in writing web, digital, and marketing copy.
- At least three years' experience shooting stills and digital video, editing stills and digital media, deliver finished stills and digital media.
- At least three years' experience shooting directing editing and producing digital and still shoots.
- Experience creating graphic art images for social media and other marketing campaigns.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, goaldriven environment.
Compensation:
$66,560/annual
Work Hours:
9:00 am to 6:00 pm
