    First Credit Finance is an established Auto Finance Company located in The San Fernando Valley. We are looking for talented professionals to join our team, where we offer a positive working environment and an excellent compensation package In office positions only.

    Essential Duties:

    • Make outbound and take inbound calls via a dialer system.
    • Provide solutions in a timely manner while delivering a positive customer servicing experience.
    • Process payments over the phone / provide payment options.
    • Effectively negotiate on delinquent accounts and bring current.
    • Implement a wide variety of collection techniques.
    • Effectively manage follow up calls.
    • Update customer demographics.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Minimum one year Call Center and/or Automotive Loan Collections experience – preferred
    • Team player and able to work in a structured fast paced environment.
    • Must be self-motivated and 100% willing and able to complete tasks assigned to you.
    • Be able to read, understand and follow oral and/or written instructions.
    • Basic computer skills, including the ability to simultaneously talk and type.
    • Effective writing and communications skills.
    • High School diploma/GED.
    • Ability to Multitask
    • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
