Description
Our growing insurance agency is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to add to the team.


As a Customer Service Representative, you will use your strong communication skills to answer calls and properly handle customer inquiries, explain insurance coverage, and update policies.


  • Providing Customer with Certificate of Insurance
  • Retaining Customers for the Agency
  • Assist with the Trucking Department
  • Collecting Payments
  • Data Entry
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance
  • Analyze customer's complaints and recommend solutions.
  • Understand the company's insurance policies and products
  • Communicate changes or adjustment in policies to clients.

Job Requirements:


  • Positive attitude
  • Good customer service skills or prior experience
  • 23 years experience with Insurance
  • Demonstrated timely, consistent job attendance history
  • Solid computer, grammar, and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and decisionmaking skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a fastpaced/ high volume calls

Salary:


-Hourly+Commission+Bonus

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
