Description
Our growing insurance agency is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to add to the team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will use your strong communication skills to answer calls and properly handle customer inquiries, explain insurance coverage, and update policies.
- Providing Customer with Certificate of Insurance
- Retaining Customers for the Agency
- Assist with the Trucking Department
- Collecting Payments
- Data Entry
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance
- Analyze customer's complaints and recommend solutions.
- Understand the company's insurance policies and products
- Communicate changes or adjustment in policies to clients.
Job Requirements:
- Positive attitude
- Good customer service skills or prior experience
- 23 years experience with Insurance
- Demonstrated timely, consistent job attendance history
- Solid computer, grammar, and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail, time management and decisionmaking skills
- Must be comfortable working in a fastpaced/ high volume calls
Salary:
-Hourly+Commission+Bonus

$ $22.00 per hour
