Duties:
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Deliver top-notch customer service
- Coordinate technicians using specialized elevator software
- Prepare inspection reports for state and city entities
- Assist with various office tasks as necessary
Requirements:
- Proficient in computer operations
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Previous background in a construction-related office is advantageous
- Strong references
Compensation:
$22.00 per hour
