Job Summary:


American Precast Concrete is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service / Sales Administrator to support our sales team and manage customer interactions effectively.

This role is integral to our operations, requiring a hands-on approach to customer service, sales administration, and logístical support.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Order Processing: Take customer orders, prepare and send estimates, and issue invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Quote Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to compile and deliver precise quotes to clients.
  • Financial Management: Oversee billing processes and manage accounts receivable/payable to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage shipping schedules and inventory levels to meet customer demands and operational needs.
  • Sales Support: Assist in the sale of products and materials, providing knowledgeable responses to inquiries about our offerings.

Qualifications:


  • Relevant Experience: Prior experience in construction materials sales, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong capability to organize, prioritize, and manage various tasks simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with sales and office software to manage orders, billing, and customer databases.
