Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone. You will use a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting. You will be located fully onsite at our Sylmar, CA. facility. You will report to the Business Specialist Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

May include mínimal selling or promotion of products or service
Direct customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.
Learn basic knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.

Qualifications

High School Diploma
6 months experience in a customer service related role
Data entry experience

LI-Onsite

Salary range $57,000-$63,000 plus annual bonus
