We're seeking a future team member for the role of
Vice President, Release Train Engineer II
to join our
Corporate Engineering, Compliance Engineering Technology
team. This role is located in
Lake Mary, FL – HYBRID.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Facilitate the development events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value.
Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.
Facilitate process and execution and drive a culture of continuous improvement and integration by fostering community of practice.
Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in SAFe.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods required.Knowledge on Lean Portfolio management functions, financial management and Agile transformation.
Ability to drive decisions and resolve conflicts across multiple parties.
Strong problem-solving skills required.
