As an Engineering Manager, you will:

Direct team members engaged in painting and performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings.
Requisition tools, equipment, and supplies.
Inspect completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards.
Interpret company policies to team members and enforces safety regulations.
Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
Coordinate with other departments as necessary to expertly resolve service requests or opportunities, utilizing our work order tracking system.
Maintain time and production records.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of Engineering leadership experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and serviceoriented manner.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor weather conditions.
Valid Florida State Driver's License.

Pay:
$55,000.00 per year

Experience:

Engineering Leadership: 3 years (preferred)
