    Title: Marketing Events Assistant

    Location: Los Angeles (Century City)

    Work Environment: Hybrid schedule - in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

    Term: Direct hire

    Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

    Job Description:

    Exciting opportunity for a Marketing Events Assistant to join our client's dynamic Marketing, Business Development, and Communications Team. Based in Los Angeles, you will assist in organizing and executing business development, marketing, and client events nationwide.

    The Marketing Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support to the Marketing Events Team, collaborating with the business development, office administration, and timekeeping professionals to ensure successful events, sponsorships, webinars, tradeshows, and internal retreats. Reporting to the Events Manager, this role is crucial in achieving the firm's strategic objectives.

    General Responsibilities:

    • Offer administrative support and assist with special projects.
    • Maintain the Salesforce database and events calendar.
    • Coordinate event logistics and on-site support.

    Specific Responsibilities:

    • Schedule conference rooms and arrange event logistics.
    • Manage food, beverage, and rental orders for events.
    • Maintain accurate invitation and attendee lists.
    • Process vendor payments and produce event materials.
    • Assist with webinar tech support and administrative tasks.
    • Handle administrative duties efficiently.

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
    • Strong problem-solving and client service abilities.
    • Positive attitude and team player mindset.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
    • Flexible to work in-office and extra hours as needed.
    • Bachelor's degree and relevant experience required.
