    Position: Event Promotions Assistant

    Location: Los Angeles, CA

    Schedule: Weekends Off

    Salary: $24 - $29 per hour

    Job Description: Pattern Promotions is looking for a dynamic and motivated Event Promotions Assistant to join our team.
    In this role, you will assist in planning, organizing, and executing promotional events that showcase our innovative marketing strategies.
    This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about events, has excellent organizational skills, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events from start to finish.
    2. Support event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and materials.
    3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event promotion strategies.
    4. Help manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
    5. Engage with attendees to promote our brand and gather feedback.
    6. Assist in creating post-event reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
    2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    5. Prior experience in event planning or promotions is a plus.
    6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
