    As our Client Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you'll provide advanced client service including claim resolution, billing and eligibility issues.

    Solves complicated issues while keeping consultant informed of results. Our Client Manager drives carrier negotiations and oversees technology implementation, testing and achieves clean "go-live" to client. In addition, they will conduct carrier implementation with high level of attention to detail on complex benefit design. Our Client Manager demonstrates the ability and confidence in driving client strategy and directly interacts with client's decision makers.

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceWorking knowledge of insurance products/lines and various funding mechanismsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointLegal work authorization to work in the U.S.


    on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the futureThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:3-6 years of experience in HR or benefitsLife & Health license or ability to obtain within 90 daysWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
