Member Outreach Representative - Hiring in

Richmond, VA or surrounding area

This position is remote, telephonic and face-to-face assessments required.


Directly initiates outbound member outreach and education calls, following presentation scripts, and capturing health assessment and other member data as directed, using automated database.

Probes for member understanding of plan benefits and rules and assesses for barriers to access or compliance.

For Member Outreach Representative positions

  • Directly initiates outbound member outreach and education calls, following presentation scripts, and capturing health assessment and other member data as directed, using automated database. Probes for member understanding of plan benefits and rules and assesses for barriers to access or compliance. For the Maternal Child Community Health Worker positions, they will support members during their pregnancy up to 12 months of postpartum. This position will also be responsible for facilitating outreach to members in the Watch Me Grow program to promote well child visits and immunizations up to 15 months postpartum. The Community Health Worker Positions will be required to obtain within 6 months of employment their Community Health Worker Certification. The position will be required for both field and telephonic outreach with our members.
