    Braman Miami is actively looking to add a GeneralSales Manager to our growing team As an Automotive General Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our dealership's sales performance and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

    Primary Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

    • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the sales team, motivating them to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations
    • Consistently meet departmental sales objectives/targets and manage the team's daily activity needed for expected results.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
    • Setting a clear vision and goals for the team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit.
    • Foster a customer-focused environment, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
    • Analyzing the business to determine shortfalls and developing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual action plans to improve performance and results.
    • Experience and desire to work with technology.
    • Oversee inventory levels, pricing strategies, and vehicle merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an Automotive General Sales Manager or similar leadership role in the automotive industry.
    • Cadillac Experience Preferred.
    • Strong understanding of automotive sales processes, market trends, and customer behavior.
    • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a dealership environment.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a Must
