- Implement strategic marketing initiatives and create a synergy between promotions & sales to benefit clients.
- Lead the sales team and develop new business ideas.
- Assist with lead generation.
- Accompany Account Executives to meetings and assist in closing deals.
- Lead & motivate the sales team to achieve targets and sales goals.
- Build strong relationships with clients and agencies to encourage repeat business.
- Submit weekly reports to corporate and monitor Account Executive accounts.
- Maintain daily communication/coordination with Promotions Brand Directors to align local promotions with the brands.
- Timely communication and coordination with National Brand teams for local on-air promotions, events, social media & activations.
- Supervise, manage and train the local brand ambassadors.
- Create, manage and coordinate execution of weekly activation schedules.
- Develop, create and execute promotional campaigns to support local level initiatives.
- Follow up on legal agreements and risk management forms for each promotion/ event.
- Manage local on air promotions via Promo Suite Next.
- Follow Corporate guidelines to prepare weekly activations, reports, ticket management, recaps of station and sales promotions at market level.
- Submit recaps of initiatives as requested to Brand Promotions Directors and prepare a monthly recap of local initiatives utilizing templates provided.
- Liaison between content managers and corporate content team to produce and upload local content and sales promotions via wildfire & WCM, and social media channels.
- Coordinate, attend and execute local events within an approved local budget.
- Prepare and maintain monthly equipment inventory & oversee all promotional outdoor equipment, premiums, and station vehicles.
- Regularly attend weekly sales meetings.

- 3 years of media sales experience
- 3 years of promotions and special events experience
- 3 years of sales people management experience
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fully bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power Point, Word,
- Working knowledge of Promosuite Next, WideOrbit

- Physical Demands: While performing the duties on this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, or crunch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
