    Overview


    We are on the lookout for a seasoned and driven leader to effectively construct, guide, motivate, and supervise a team of inside sales executives.

    You should come with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and prior experience inspiring teams through leadership, coaching, interpersonal communication, and team-building abilities.

    The Sales Manager will play a key role in the sales team, collaborating across departments to ensure revenue targets are achieved.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategies to focus on acquiring new customers and expand the adoption of Rithum's solutions and services
    • Be a people leader, responsible for nurturing a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
    • Collaborate with senior sales leadership to establish key performance indicators for individual Sales Executives and the team as a whole
    • Identify areas for standardization in the sales process to support key business initiatives
    • Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies to ensure goal attainment
    • Work with leadership to devise sales incentives and goals, motivating team members to excel
    • Provide detailed, data-driven forecasting models on a monthly and quarterly basis
    • Develop extensive product knowledge to support team members through the sales process

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years' experience in sales management, 5-10 years in sales overall
    • Experience in SaaS and B2B environments
    • Demonstrated success in a complex software or technology setting
    • Strong communication skills to convey the value proposition of a software platform
    • Proficiency in using an enterprise-level CRM
    • History of goal achievement in a competitive environment
    • Organizational and multitasking skills
    • Experience in a collaborative, cross-functional setting
    • Professional team player with excellent communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • BS or BA degree preferred
    • Experience with Salesforce CRM, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator
