Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Sales Manager with a strong background in managing Amazon, , QVC, DTC website and other ecommerce channels and driving business growth for those marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in ecommerce management, specifically dealing with Amazon Vendor Central. The Ecommerce Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize sales and profitability on all ecommerce platforms.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth on Amazon and other ecommerce platforms.
· Manage all aspects of the ecommerce accounts, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
· Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
· Develop and implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
· Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, customer and consumer service to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
· Stay informed about Amazon policies, algorithms, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize sales opportunities.
· Manage relationships with brokers, and third-party service providers to leverage resources and drive business results.
· Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ecommerce sales, including sales revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Ecommerce Sales Manager or similar role
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Requires:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce management, with a focus on Amazon.
· Proven track record of success in growing sales and profitability.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· In-depth knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and advertising platforms, including Amazon Marketing Service (AMS)
· Familiarity with Amazon policies, algorithms, and best practices.
· Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
· Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Advance PowerPoint skill with strong experience in presenting data to management team
Physical Requirements:
Majority of work is performed in a modern office setting as well as remotely from home. The position allows for flexibility but requires a strong ability to manage time and work efficiently. Position may require travel to different satellite offices in Sothern California, attendance at conferences, training seminars or workshops on topics directly related to the position.
Safety:
The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely without endangering the health or safety of self or others.
Supervisory Responsibility:
The incumbent has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Base Pay Range:
$120,000 - $150,000
