    Job Description:
    We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative to oversee and support our field sales team. The members in the position will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process.

    They will collaborate with various professionals, so they must have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment.

    They should also be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals. Ultimately, the Field Sales Representative should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer success.


    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    Set and execute team goals and metrics (KGI/KPI)

    Suggest and implement improvements in the inside sales administration process

    Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines

    Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements

    Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts

    Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement

    Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met

    Build an open-communication environment for your team

    Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently

    Monitor progress and submit performance reports

    Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements

    Control budgets and allocate resources among projects

    Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

    Understand customer needs and requirements

    Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

    Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

    Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest

    Maintain and expand your database of prospects

    Requirements


    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    Proven work experience as field sales representative

    Full professional proficiency in Japanese and English

    Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel

    In-depth understanding of the sales administration process

    Excellent interpersonal and team management skills

    Strong analytical, leadership and organizational skills

    Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude

    Analytical and creative thinking

    Understanding of logistics operation (export, import)

    Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

    Excellent verbal and written communications skills

    Eligible to work in the US without a support visa


    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Experience in manufacturing & SAAS industry

    Track record of over-achieving quota

    Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
