As the Service Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding our service offerings and driving revenue growth by managing and developing relationships with local service accounts.

Your expertise in sales strategy, client management, and the commercial roofing industry will be instrumental in achieving our business objectives.


ResponsibilitiesLocal Service Sales Strategy**:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to grow our service business with local clients.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and market segments, proactively seeking out potential clients to expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with the local service team to set ambitious sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them

Relationship Management:


  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property managers, facility directors, and building owners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for local clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer service

Sales Presentations and Proposals:


  • Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase our service capabilities, product offerings, and value proposition to potential clients.
  • Prepare detailed and customized proposals and bids, aligning them with local clients' specific needs and requirements

Contract Negotiations:


  • Lead contract negotiations with local clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions that align with company objectives and policies.
  • Work closely with the legal and finance teams to review and finalize contract agreements

Market and Competitive Analysis:


  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Utilize market insights to develop sales strategies and product positioning that differentiate our services from competitors

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:


  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal status.
  • Assist with the development of service account CRM software.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, providing insights and improvement recommendations

Collaboration and Coordination:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of service account sales.
  • Coordinate service delivery, project management, and aftersales support to meet customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Additional tasks and job responsibilities as needed to facilitate project workflow

Travel and Relationship Building:


  • Travel to meet with local service accounts, attend industry conferences, and build relationships with clients in various states

Additional Responsibilities:


  • Handle additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in the commercial roofing industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing services, products, and industry trends.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Team player attitude is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other salesrelated tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment. Resultsdriven mindset with a commitment to achieving sales goals and objectives.
