- Conduct budget variance analysis by comparing supplier quotes with Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) budget files.
- Coordinate with sourcing managers to gather reasons for budget variances and create funding reallocation requests by filling out the template in the approvals tool.
- Track and follow-up on the approvals to ensure timely reallocation of funds to issue Purchase Orders (POs).
- Review supplier change orders, analyze costs, and coordinate with sourcing managers to assess impact on available funds.
- Process ad-hoc ordering requests accurately and efficiently by raising Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and following up on approvals.
- Resolve supplier invoice issues by collaborating with construction and finance teams, and maintain records of invoice-related matters.
- Generate metrics on PO on-time performance by gathering and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field with 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
- Experience with PO management.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with data management and databases is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where teamwork is essential.
- Experience order equipment is preferred.

ESC's premier client is looking for an Order Management Specialist to help assist the Buying Team in expanding selection by setting up new vendors and items, maintaining the product catalog and managing pricing. The Order Management specialist will also create budget variance analysis, funding reallocation, change order management, ad-hoc ordering, invoice issue resolution, and metrics tracking.
