Description

The Order Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order processing and management process to ensure the accurate, timely, and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. This role involves managing a team of order management specialists, working closely with various departments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through order accuracy and effective communication.

Order Management tasks:

• Oversee the entire order processing workflow, including order entry, order confirmation, and order status tracking.
• Ensure that all customer orders are accurately and promptly processed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with management, customer service, and warehouse teams to coordinate and communicate order-related information.
• Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies.
• Implement and maintain order tracking systems to monitor order status, shipping, and delivery.
• Address and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to their orders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the order management workflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements that streamline processes and increase efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Hourly pay based on experience starting at $17.00


Pay:
From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
