    We are currently looking for 'Technical Support Engineer - Service Management' to support one of our clients with the following skills:

    Job Title: Technical Support Engineer - Service Management

    Duration: 6+ months (contract to hire role)

    Location: Orlando, FL (hybrid schedule to sit onsite 2-3 days of the week)

    Duties: Position Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer with a passion for excellence.

    The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for managing and resolving challenging issues for client partners and customers.

    This includes developing subject matter expertise within the technical support department.

    The engineer is responsible for owning and resolving issues on a daily basis, technical cases created by customers seeking help to understand or resolve an unexpected behavior or answer technical questions about the client software and platform.

    You will be a Subject Matter Expert for multiple applications and mentor other team members.

    In this role you will debug JavaScript code as well as find better solutions to custom code.

    Support engineers use the client platform via an internal implementation of its tools to diagnose customer issues.

    Cases are created by customers and managed by engineers using the client software platform.

    The successful candidate will be able to quickly gain an understanding of the client platform.

    This is a customer-facing role in a very collaborative environment and therefore it requires strong interpersonal skills.

    Notes:

    This position requires a hybrid schedule to sit onsite 2-3 days of the week in Orlando, FL office

    Java and Javascript is a MUST-HAVE for this role

    MySQL experience is a MUST

    This is a customer facing role so previous customer support experience is a MUST

    Experience working with HTML components such as CSS and XHTML Required

    Angular experience preferred

    This is a contract to hire role

    Candidates must-have excellent communication skills

    Need candidate with minimum 7 to 8 years experience

    Interview Process:

    First round - 30 to 45 minute monitoring phone interview (behavioral and technical questions)

    Final round - 1 hour panel interview with 2-3 engineers and hiring manager (technical questions)

    The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $65,000 - $70,000
