    Key Responsibilities:

    • Billing Management:
      • Coordinate and oversee the billing process for all projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
      • Review project contracts, change orders, and other documentation to accurately bill clients.
      • Generate and distribute invoices in accordance with contract terms and project milestones.
      • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries.
      • Maintain organized billing records and documentation for audit purposes.
    • Accounts Receivable Management:
      • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
      • Work closely with clients to resolve billing disputes and payment issues.
      • Conduct regular account reconciliations and manage cash application processes.
      • Provide regular updates on accounts receivable performance to the management team.
    • Other Finance Responsibilities:
      • Assist the Controller in various tasks as needed.
      • Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
      • Identify opportunities to streamline billing and accounts receivable processes for greater efficiency.
