- Product & Marketing Collaboration: Work in tandem with the product team to ensure marketing strategies align with product features and benefits. Champion a cohesive narrative between product development and market presence.
- Customer Adoption & Engagement: Utilize market analysis and competitive intelligence to drive and scale the adoption of our products. Implement strategies that enhance our go-to-market initiatives by aligning them with customer needs and pain points.
- Sales Enablement: Develop and enable sales with effective messaging, collateral and tooling to succinctly communicate product value and enhancements, including presentations, one-pagers, and case studies.
- GTM Launch Plans: Architect and execute strategic go-to-market launch plans that encompass pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies to maximize product uptake.
- Content Creation: Generate compelling content across multiple platforms, including video, website, webinars, datasheets, and blogs to educate the market and articulate the product's value proposition.
- Product Communication: Own the creation of the product update newsletter, informing stakeholders of 'What's New' and detailed product updates.
- Competitive Intelligence: Systematically gather and analyze competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions and positioning.
- Messaging & Positioning: Develop crisp and compelling messaging and positioning that reflects our product's unique value propositions and differentiators in the market.
- Messaging Testing: To optimize impact, continuously test and refine product messaging based on market feedback and performance metrics.
- Webinar & Virtual Event Management: Manage product-focused webinars to engage with our audience and provide insightful product knowledge, including hosting and moderating.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Engagement teams to synchronize efforts and ensure a unified approach to product promotion.
- 5-7 years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Marketing a technical product is a plus but not required
- Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional workstreams
- An ability to work at both the strategic and operational level consistently meeting or exceeding planned objectives.
- A strong track record of spearheading launches and marketing campaigns that drive significant business results
- Strong ability to synthesize insights and leverage data to influence key decisions

About the role:
We are on the hunt for a Product Marketing Manager who is driven and excited to define the product marketing function at Unit21. As a one-person team, you will have the opportunity to carve your path and make a lasting impression.
The ideal candidate has previously developed a unique GTM narrative, launched compelling products, managed pricing & packaging, and developed stellar GTM collateral and content. You are the ultimate left and right-brained thinker. You are analytical, but also excel at storytelling and writing. You are a relationship-builder and are deeply invested in delivering a stellar customer experience through close partnership with sales, success, and product.
