- Accounts Management: Take charge of Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, ensuring smooth operations and timely transactions.

- Financial Oversight: Exercise keen oversight over the General Ledger, ensuring accurate coding, adherence to GAAP standards, and robust internal controls.
- System Proficiency: Leverage your expertise in QuickBooks and/or NetSuite to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Month-End Responsibilities: Assist with the month-end closing process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconciliation Mastery: Perform daily reconciliations, verifying entities and maintaining ledger integrity.
- Regulatory Compliance: Facilitate the gathering and processing of annual 1099s and vendor W-9s, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AP/AR processes, General Ledger oversight, and GAAP principles.
- Strong understanding of internal controls.
- Experience with QuickBooks and/or NetSuite and preferred.
