    As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will play an integral role in supporting the growth of Wilson Engineers and the Water Platform.

    We are counting on you to be a talent advisor to our hiring managers. You will leverage your talent and expertise to source, engage, and attract top talent to our business.

    This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position (on-site; no remote).

    Essential Duties And Responsibilities


    Responsible for setting and executing a full lifecycle recruiting strategy; including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback and recommendations, managing the candidate experience, and ultimately onboarding great talent.

    Partner with internal departments to assess recruitment needs; Foster good relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates/candidates.
    Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
    Partner and collaborate with other recruiters across the company to share talent and ensure team success.

    Build recruitment strategies that support our values and commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; making sure we are a market leader in diverse thought, experience, and backgrounds.

    Leverage recruiting resources including internal CRM/ATS, social media, LinkedIn, networking, and professional organizations to identify and source qualified candidates.
    Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and close job offers.
    Conduct and coordinate resume reviews, and schedules for interviews.
    Manage and lead recruitment events such as career fairs, campus recruiting, industry conferences, etc.

    Requirements

    What you'll need:

    5+ years of Corporate Recruiting/Agency Recruiting experience; Preference is given to those with technical engineering experience
    Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; Human Resources or related major preferred
    Demonstrated experience providing full life cycle recruiting for a variety of professional, administrative, and field positions
    Must be professional and possess a high level of confidentiality
    Leadership capabilities
    Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
    Ability to work with others and communicate effectively with all levels
    Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
    Strong computer skills with experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook are a must
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
    Advanced knowledge of social media and internet recruiting
    Position requires a minimum of 40 hours a week with the possibility of overtime and some travel
    Valid driver's license with approved/acceptable driving history required
