    Lets Talk LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly proficient OnsiteCustomer Service Coordinator to come join one of their organizations located in Irving, TX

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of high call volume experience
    • Strong communication and data entry skills
    • Tech Savvy - able to navigate multiple screens, tabs and applications
    • 2+ years of experience utilizing Excel (spreadsheets, data entry)
    • Bilingual (Preferred)

    Address: Irving, TX

    Pay Rate: $19/hr

    Contract Type: Contract to Hire

    Schedule: 1:00PM - 10:00PM CST, M - F (40 Hours a week)

    Job Summary:

    The Customer Service Coordinator drives customer satisfaction levels through effective management of customer requests/inquiries, prompt issue resolution, and proactive communication concerning transportation and logistics processes for company services.

    Duties:

    • Manage 100+ calls a day in call center environment
    • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers to deliver satisfaction in all areas
    • Monitor incoming emails to ensure timely communication
    • Assist with coordinating dispatch activities for moves including driver instructions, confirmation of delivery.
